I have a 4 year old pied peahen for sale. We have only had her about 9 months. She laid 4 eggs this year, however none hatched.

$150. Located in Tamborine.

We were told by the breeder we got her off that she has the pied gene and has bred some pied/white offspring. When you open her wing you can see more white.

This is our first female and first attempt at a pair, so we are not too familiar with colours and genes yet. Paul our peacock has only just turned 2 so we are assuming he wasn't mature enough to fertilise this seasons eggs.

Unfortunately when she is out of the pen she heads straight into a neighbouring property and most likely will be killed by their dogs if she continues to forage on that side of the fence.

If she only has a couple/few white fights then she is a indian blue SPLIT pied and not a pied.

OK, thanks.

Open to offers, not sure of the market value.
