. At least the peafowl and Guineas roost up in the trees where the foxes can't get them and most days the dogs are out before they come down. Down to one chook after the blighters became so bold that they were coming down to the house for them even whilst I was sitting outside on one occasion. Busy making a newer and better pen before getting any more and this time they will be not be allowed to roost outside of it. We've been here a bit over 2 years and its always been at night or very early morning that something has been taken. First time they have taken anything that close to the house.
