Old roosters cook up well...i should know, I pick 'em up at sales for a dollar and take 'em home- straight to the kill bench and then freeze them. [smilie=a_goodjobson.gif]

All auctions have roosters, and I'm glad they do so I can feed my mob for sod-all$ !! :lol:
