Post subject:  Mundijong Markets

For those of you in the West, we have a market that runs on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Auction includes: livestock then poultry/birds/small animals and then general accessories/farm gear. There are also plenty of stalls open the whole day selling various bric a brac. It is located on Roman Rd in Mundijong about 45 minutes south of Perth and quite often there is some interesting and top quality poultry and birds to be found there. One important thing to remember when buying at auctions or markets is to always quarantine the new birds for a minimum 30 days away from your existing stock as you never know what they may be carrying!

Matt,

Would really be interested in going to them, but would have to save up first, as i have heard if you have the money you can come away with practically anything:)

And will have to find someone to take me:)
