1 - While the administrators and moderators of A.P.F™ will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
2 - You agree not to post any, abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, flaming, gaslighting, bullying, personnel insults about our members, personnel attacks on our members, threatening, sexually-oriented, profanity, Illegal MP3/Movie/Applications/Torrent/P2P/Emule link (It is also illegal to provide links to illegal files hosted on other websites), Illicit or illegal content Copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned
3 - You agree all photos posted will be the approved maximum size of 600 x 450 Pixels
4 - You agree not to conduct solicitation/prospecting via private message, profile, signature, posts, email or any other means for the purpose of/to promote/attract to your web site or other websites that are deemed "very similar" to A.P.F™, specifically other poultry forums. It may be appropriate to post a link to another site (provided its a permitted site) that has specific information relative to a specific topic, however moderators may remove links at their discretion. Users that breach this condition by PM will have their PM function disabled permanently. Users that breach this condition by email or posts maybe blocked permanently.
5 - The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. Proxy servers are strictly not permitted and will be blocked along with the user.
6 - You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic/post or account at any time should they see fit including account inactivity, all posts/topics remain the property of APF™ and will only be removed at our discretion.
7 -You agree that APF™ have exclusive publishing rights over the works you publish on our forum, further all content posted has all rights reserved to APF.
8 - You agree as a user any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
9 - This forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure.
10 - You agree the e-mail address used to register must be valid & active at all times, PM Admin if you change email address, The email address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).
11 - You agree registration information must NOT be knowingly misleading or false
11A - You must be 18 years or older to join or have parental permission if under 18 years of age to join.
12 - Email Address or web site URL not acceptable for username.
13 - Emails sent to Admin or Support MUST include a subject and the subject MUST reflect the message within. ALL emails without a subject are deleted at the mail server without being received or read.
14 - New Members will NOT have access to "Private Messaging" or "Email".
15 - Private Messaging & Email is only available to "Private Members" Group ONLY.
16 - New Members MUST post in Members Lounge first upon account approval and activation ( Up to 1 hour MAXIMUM - Failure is a Breach of T&C and you will be banned perminantly).
17 - If you register and you choose not to post immediately or do not post regularly your account will be closed and you may/will be banned for Breach of T&C. All closed/banned Usernames will be available to be registered by any other person world wide {Use it or loose it}.
18 - Choose a username that may not be deemed as spam like (For Example – xXMustBeKnow ) these types of names would be rejected immediately.
19 - Only one Registration per I.P & email address is permitted If a second family member wishes to join you need to contact APF Admin BEFORE attempting to register.
20 - Any links or Mention of or discussion about web sites/other forums such as "Backyard Poultry" aka "Fakeyard Poultry - FYP" or that may appear as "Blacklisted Website" have been blocked and are strictly not permitted for the safety of the public, do not attempt to circumvent this as it will be detected and removed. These are not recommended sites to visit/view at any time for any reason.
21 - All Advertisements that do not include the Topic icon in the "SUBJECT" in "For Sale & Wanted" will be removed without notification.
22 - Any Member that wilfully makes multiple posts of the same content on the forum will be deemed as spamming and will be suspended (21 days) or removed permanently
23 - Registration in the APF Photo Gallery is ONLY available to registered members of APF and the username and email address used to register MUST match the forum Username and email address EXACTLY.
24 - Registration in the BACKYARD POULTRY ONLINE PHOTO COMPETITION BY AUSTRALIAN POULTRY is ONLY available to registered members of APF and the username and email address used to register MUST match the forum Username and email address EXACTLY. You MUST be a current well established actively participating Member of the forum to Register, view or Enter.
