I also read an article about a farmer who wraps his chooks legs in vaseline and gauze for a week and the dead scales and mites come off on the gauze to leave a clean leg...will try that if it ever gets bad. [smilie=a_cookiemonster.gif]

I have used poison to kill the mites but please suggest which poison is the best. The mite killer expert please share the details.

Hey C Newton try the mix you can buy from pet shops also have you checked for other mites like feather mites ect... I bet you have them too
