Silverbeet was what I happened to have growing in abundance at the time but any leafy vegetable or other tidbit will be welcomed by the girls. |

I grow my own green leave vegs inc silverbeet so its just a short walk to the veg garden for me |

No you just cut up the green leafy part and not the stalk they don't eat that or at least mine don't anyway |
