At 16 weeks they should be on pullet grower or pullet finisher.

Greens such as silver beet, kale, spinach, fresh cob of corn, cracked corn for a treat. a handful of chook scratch or free range mix also as a treat.

Maybe a tin of .69c sardines in oil from Coles drain the oil also as a treat.

Pollard mix into a crumble once or twice a week with some dice cooked frozen veggies, the homebrand is fine.

Apple cider vinegar once or twice a week in their water to aid digestion, some plain yoghurt, granulated garlic sprinkled over wet mash.

Here is the link to the Barostoc Chook Book, it will give you a guide on what to feed your chooks.

http://www.ridley.com.au/newsletters/Br ... k-Book.pdf

According to the book 16 week olds should be on Pullet Finisher or the equivalent in any other preferred brand of chook feed.
