It sounds fairly serious Frizzlemad.
Sounds like she has a gut infection but it could also be secondary to lead toxicity or one of the viral diseases.
The diarrhoea and crop issues could be bacterial, fungal or parasitic, or a combination of any of these.
Without testing the diarrhoea & crop fluid it's hard to know what the cause is & what's the best treatment.
If fluid is coming out of her mouth then oral medications may not be absorbed properly anyway.
Ideally, take her to a bird vet.
If this is not an option then I would try some sulfa- based antibiotics eg sulfaD (these days registered for cage birds, not chickens). These are probably not as effective as some other antibiotics but these can only be obtained by prescription from a vet.
I would also try some Nilstat ( antifungal) from the chemist- give 2-3 mls three times a day. It may also be worth worming her if you already haven't done so.

Make sure she has access to plenty of fresh water. If her crop is full you may need to try and empty it first, which can be fun!!!

Good luck with her.
PS: Welcome to APF!
