Hello, I am a new member here looking for opinions, experiences, & advice on fowlpox outbreak in pet quality light sussex and wyandottes. As we have no idea what to look for and what to do if it happens. what measures do we have to take? Vaccinating day old chicks?, Is it a case of the strongest survive? We are not just starting out but have no idea, Do you sell the sick birds? not bother with treating and just kill them?, any advice would be appreciated. I know they are just silly chooks but I like them Cathy |

There is only one strain of this disease and it will give you heaps of problems in the future. Cull or sell ALL of them and save yourself the stress |
