Post subject:  ROOSTER SQUATTING, TRYING TO POO

Hi,
I need some URGENT help for my 5 year old Brahma rooster. In the last two days, I noticed he has been squatting in a very low position in an attempt to pass a poo, but is only passing a reddish coloured liquid. Not his usual perky self and seems unwell. Recently I had to swap their fine shell grit for the course grade type as my livestock store were out of the fine grade, so, I'm wondering if this could have anything to do with his condition? I have given him organic virgin coconut oil in the hope that it will help lubricate his "tube's. Has anyone had this problem or have some tips on what I can do to alleviate his discomfort and help him to heal. I am thinking of giving him some colloidal silver, but I find that tends to harden their poops. Thanks in advance.

Try a good dose of code liver oil and if needed do it 2 or 3 times
