Hi Guys I recently purchased a dud greatlander incubator and was wondering what all you guys thought of them?

I have found bad reviews like this http://www.farmstock.com.au/Classifieds ... 14227.html " buyer beware of GREATLANDER INCUBATORS "

Wish I had found that and others before I payed any $

I have thrown the incubator on the rubbish tip and purchased a bellsouth which is good

Yeh have recently heard bad things especially not reliable and they reset automatically during incubator and stuff your eggs up. I would look at another brand

We purchased a 2 tray incubator from Bob Peel greatlander incubators. The instructions were not complete in the booklet provided.
The machine's sensors did not work and so the trays went to full 90deg. and tipped out the $230.00 worth of eggs that were inside.
Bob told us that we had done something wrong .Hey we turned it on read the instructions provided . Did everything that was in the instruction booklet.
After ringing Bob , We did get our money back for the incubator but he did not refund our frieght costs or the costs of the eggs that his incubator distroyed.
Now the piece if crap is sitting outside still waiting for him to organise to get it returned to him. This crappy machine is not worth the money paid.
Bob sent out an email to all who brought the incubator advising them that something was in he wrong spot and needed to be moved . Surprise surprise it was not our fault after all. I don't think he ment to send an email to us.
if you are after an incubator don't waste your hard earned cash on a greatlander

They don't keep their heat and jump all over the place wrecking the eggs. My advise is NOT to buy one
