Campbells are the classic ducks to me as my first poultry as a kid was a trio of Khaki Campbells.
My understanding is that the White was said to have come as a "sport" from the Khaki and the Dark Campbell was created to make sex linkage in ducks possible. I don't believe any other varieties are recognized but haven't got a copy of the new Australian Standards.
Most likely a black and white Campbell is a crossbred.
