Oh nice! I bet that cubby house will be really good for your chickens!
We also have some chest of draws or something that we are turning into a space for more girls again, it's secondhand. woohoo4 [smilie=a_cookiemonster.gif]

Hi, ILoveMyChickies wave.gif ,

Quite possible there was a fox around, the boys used crow earlier when a fox was lurking in the dark.

They look great. Grown so much with your TLC.

Can you please post a photo of the Aframe, I would love to see it.

How big is your cubby house Jo?

I love the boys very much. <3
I will take the camera out today and get a photo of it for you. [smilie=a_goodjobson.gif]

Can't believe how much the boys have grown up, they never crowed without good reason usually a fox or the neighbour's dogs always protecting the girls. I know you and your mum love them very much.

Looking forward to seeing the photos!

Cubby is a similar size to my current chook house. I think around 1.8x2m could be a little bigger. It has a small door and two perspex windows, very posh. a_bravo.gif Not as well built as mine of course. :-D It's quite old and will need a few bits of wood replaced but overall a real score. Just have to figure out the best place to put it.

Hi, Jo wave.gif,

You could put curtains on the windows and have planter boxes with chook friendly flowers and herbs!

LOL. Don't know about curtains but I like the planter box idea. Maybe some nasturtiums.

Nice Ginghams one ;)

Have you ever seen Calamity Jane with Doris Day and Calamity Jane and "Adelaids Adams" clean up the cabin and sing a"Woman's Touch" ...I love watching old movies with my mum and drinking hot chocolate.

Can chooks eat nasturtiums? There are rather peppery in salads.
