Hi there

How will I know when the guinea fowl females are going to nest is there something special they do they will tell me

Do they actually build a nest like other birds so I would see them carrying the grass in their beaks

No they do not build a nest like other birds just a small hole in the ground with some grass and leaves. You can tell if a hen is nesting as she will disappear and only come out to eat when she does follow her back to the nest if you can

Just follow the hen back to the nest after she feeds or look for the century standing guard [smilie=a_goodjobson.gif]
