When you find the nest for the guinea fowls do you collect them as they lay each egg or do you wait until they are finished then take them all or leave a few for the female to hatch?

I collect them every 2 days but I leave 3-4 eggs in the nest to entice them to lay [smilie=a_goodjobson.gif]

Do the female try to attack you when collecting the eggs like the chooks do. I only ask as the kids want to find them like an egg hunt

I let my kids pickup some of the eggs late last year while the female was off but she returned quickly and flew at one of the kids now Kate will not go near them so best to keep your kids away from the nests I think or it may scare them
