Have only just got my first guineas I am only learning there are different colours and so much nicer than the plain grey
Now I wish I had of got these pieds after seeing them here

They are far better than any I have seen in WA all the ones here are crap so guys would you be willing to send me a few or just eggs happy to pay the price

Just for the record, I had never heard of the term "loud pied" until I started reading this forum. Personally, I don't like the term loud pied. In the U.S. I believe the pied guineas are usually classified as pied, dark pied, and heavy pied. Some of the guinea fowl breeders here have recently started to identify the heavy pied guineas as pintos. I think pinto is a confusing term. It does make me think of a pony!

The loud pied term is in the peafowls and I think thats why some guys in the USA used it for guinea fowls also. We don't use it here in any birds as its not a good description we think
