Even with 8 ft fencing they still get into our place and make a mess of the garden every second day so I have given up with raking up the mulch

I love them and wish they would stay all year round but they disappear in winter and I am not sure where they go? I assume they go into thick bush areas near by but have never found them when I have gone for a look. I would like to know what they get up to

I have a pair in my yard with a mountain for a nest and its getting bigger by the week

We had a male here for about 3 weeks then he disappeared so I guess he ahs gone in search of a mate I hope he come to visit again but not to breed here we have just finished all the garden bed and like them the way they are

Please make sure you do not feed them they need to hunt an eat their natural diet so please no house hold food at all

Our resident pair have 2 chicks and came to the house to show us today they are such a joy to have on the property

They scratch up mine thats for sure but then their nest is on our property so that makes things a whole lot worse
