Looking at this breed and though well what about bantam?

Do they lay the same no eggs?
Do they eat the same?
Do they crow as loud?

My humble offerring is about my sole ( so far) brown Leghorn bantam hen. She lays well, eats efficiently, and of course - does not crow. As i only have the one, she resides with 8 other varieties that I have no rooster for at this time. She lays as well as a light sussex bantam, better than a Minorca and Langshan bantams I have.
I will pickup more pairs, trios, etc as I see some fit for purpose in the future then isolate each variety for breeding.

Cheers,
Andrew
