Of course there are female judges in Australia. Victoria has at least 4. Clubs always welcome juniors who would like to steward (note it's steward, not stewart) and there is no age limit . You just need to be dedicated to and interested in the task . It's an ideal way to learn from the judge and fellow experienced stewards.
