| Post subject: | Bourbon Red Turkeys |
I've been breeding Bourbon Red turkeys for a few years no but am disappointed by the colour depth in my Toms. I need to darken them up so they are not like blotchy buffs. I'm outside Ipswich Queensland - can anyone assist me to source a good breeding Tom? Choatie.

How dark are they? I have a few but they are not dark like a buff chicken |

They are about as dark as per the standard (the better ones) but there is some lighter buff coloured feathering on the chest above the beard and around the shoulder area. |
